Is there a possiblity that the Obverse Design Variety-002(Lower Relief) for the 1917-S Mercury Dime could have been used for 1916-S coins? The reason I ask is because the coins in the following pictures look to have slight differences, mainly the hair opposite nose and the small single hair above forehead. Thanks!
Not that I am aware of. Meaning if it was that would be news to me and I have every coin in the series.
