Does anyone know if a dollar bill with the last digit of the serial number misaligned is considered an "error" note? And does it fetch a premium?

I would say the number is a noticable amount above the others, but not dramatically so. I can provice a photo if need be.

Just curious - looked thru my bills the other day and i noticed it.

    Thanks

There would be some interest in these from collectors of error notes. How much interest there is,I would not know.

If a portion of another digit shows, it has some value. If it's simply a digit that's askew, it doesn't, except perhaps to a collector who specializes in such things.
