I would like to find a smaller note ($1-$10, $20 if a must) with my son's, wife's and my birthdate as the serial number. I have been looking at all my paper for a month or so, but I'm sure this would be like winning the lottery. Do any of you folks have any tips on locating these numbers? I'm a coin guy but I think it would just be awesome to obtain this set of notes. Thanks all!

You should be able to find a variation on the birthday (month and day) with some room for variation:

Ex. 10/25 can be 10250000, 00001025, 102500000, etc. With only 365 combinations, you should find them with some patience. Email dealers too and you should be able to locate them. Be prepared to pay more than the standard asking price on eBay, however.

If you want a serial with the year, such as 10/25/81 into 00102581, it will take a lot longer.

Yeah, I figured it would be almost impossible. My dream would be the full deal. Like 12/26/2007 (#12262007). Practically impossible, right?

Not impossible. Just some patience and leg work.
