i have read many times over that anacs is considered to be a 2nd tier grading company because their standards for grading have fallen. my question is, have the standards fallen on only mint state coins, or have they fallen on circulated ones as well?
I do not belive in this, well...rumor...I love anacs but I think that the people who think anacs is not as good as lets say pcgs think it is with all coins! :smile-Taylor
