Hey guys! Paper money really isn't one of my strong areas. That being said, I received a series 1928 $20 Federal Reserve Note from the Cleveland Branch of the Fed. It has no tears, rips, or discoloration. It does, however, have three verticle fold lines. The heaviest is directly through Jackson's portrait, and the other two are light and on either side of Jackson. Near as I can figure, the bill would grade between VF and XF. Unfortunately, my digital camera is down for the count and I can't get any pics up yet, but I'm working on it. So, any guesses on value???? Thanks in advance.

I collect the FRBNs and also have a Cleveland $20 that i paid $55-$60 for
and it is in XF condition,.
I'm planning on collecting a note from all 12 Federal reserve branches,so far i have Cleveland,Chicago,Atlanta and Boston.
This is a scan of the Cleveland.
so i guess the answer to your question is around 3 times face value.

It is unusual to see 4 signatories on American notes. There are usually 2 signatories.

The other two signatures are the governor and treasurer of the state that each Federal Reserve branch is located in.
