Question about 1991 D Penny

I don't know if I am going blind or what, but I looked at this 1991 D Penny and the date and mintmark don't look right. I have been sorting through boxes of pennies and maybe I'm just going blind from looking at all these.



It almost looks like there is a faint trace of a duplicate date just to the side of the date, especially near the 9's.
Is there anything there? or am I just imagining it?

I see that alot on the Zincolns. I think it's a form of plate shift doubling.
