It has doubling but I am not good enough to tell what kind. If anyone could help please.

This coin appears to have a little doubling in TRUST but it looks to be mechanical??

The date though I can't figure out. It doesn't have that shelf like appearance and the only hint of a split serif is the tail of the 9???? I tried to get better photos but this is the best I could get.

I'm not sure in this case if it's a doubled die or mechanical doubling. Although there isn't classic shelving, the height differential is substantial. I'd tentatively go with mechanical doubling because of the latter consideration. However, there are some doubled dies that do show a substantial height difference between first and second impressions. This calls for examination by a real die variety expert. Try posting your images on the Collector's Universe message board. Charles Daughtrey will undoubtedly pipe in with his learned opinion.

    Hi,
There are several known 1962 DDO Lincoln cent varieties. This may be one of them. The one thing that I cant see clearly enough is the top tail of the numeral "2" I do not see the distinct notch that I would expect to see if the coin was struck by a doubled die. The top of the two seems to dissapear into the field. Tough to be sure without a close look at the coin.
    Have Fun,
    Bill
