    I do not know if Tara is like a small blow, but I do not know if it was made with another coin or something, anyway, could you tell me how much it is worth?

    I have seen Quarter spelled Quater many times.. But quatier is a new one. Is that French?

    What do you mean by tare?.. Tear? o_O

    Tara? Tare? Whatever you are asking it doesn't matter.. It's just circulation wear and tear as stated.

    There is a small possibility that it could be what is known as a strike through object such as a small wire bristle or string. But it is really nothing major in my opinion.
