So, I know its way to early to be thinking about this, but I hope the quarters reverse gets a design overhaul after the national parks quarters series is over with. I am enjoying the ATB series so far, but would like to see the quarter with a different design afterwards. What do you think. Any ideas of a design?

You can dream. Prepare yourself for a second round of ATB Quarters. Who knows what will come after that but I think we are stuck with dead presidents for the long haul.

That's it! How stupid we've been all these years... why, oh why, did we never think of a tattoo artist as chief designer?

The ATB legislation specifies what the design will be after the ATB program ends. We get the NJ state quarter back as the permanent design. Washington crossing the Delaware.

idk if thats sarcasm, but if its not then...ya, tatto artist are sometimes more creative then anyone else. The second design was one I could see on a quarter.

    That be lame.

Actually, I love tattoo art... even have a few myself (circa 1966); and I agree, the creativity is definitely there. It would be a welcome change from the stagnated designs we now have to endure.

20 years and 112 different designs (x2 for each mint). I think that's enough.
