Sorry. I made a mistake on the denomination, thinking it was a dime. This coin books for $65 in G, not a bad deal after all, but the coin is damaged with a scratch. Of course, being able to read LIBERTY is a big deal with these coins.

 

$27 for a decent Bust Quarter? I'd drop that cash at a local shop.

Bust quarters are proably 50 times rarer than their larger half-dollar cousins. Next time you're on the bourse, compare how many you see of each...

I saw the X on the reverse when i got it,still i've only seen 3 of these in hand and the other two were about 15x the cost of this one. I started to get one of the others but got a LM-2/R-3 1836 capped half dime, it's a very nice coin

Years ago I was advised to buy any that I could find that were decent if they were below $50.
Ya got a good deal.
