Quarter dollar 2006 with couple of errors

Hi,

I found this quarter dollars and there are some errors. Border is more bigger than normal. Serratus is different (more large). There is a dot in the A of Regina. Some errors are on the other side as you can see on the picture.

This coin is very different than a normal coin. Do you know what kind of error it is?
