    The TPG for this slab is called NIC, which I *think* is one of those lesser companies probably with inflated grades. What do you guys think? Is it really MS70? Has anyone heard of NIC before?

    The pictures aren't too clear, but I can see some carbon spots and uneven toning, so it is not MS70, if such a coin even exists.
    I never heard of NIC.
