Pvc damage?

    Is the green on this coin pvc damage? Ive never seen pvc's affects so I cant tell. Thanks

    I would say yes, as it's green, and the coin is silver.

    And, you didn't ask me, but I'd treat it with acetone. I personally would use a swab instead of dipping on this particular coin, but that's me.
