I am having trouble finding a dealer who sells recent examples of US currency before they were changed to the hideous bills with the large images of the president. I am searching for a recent $2, $5, $10 and $20 bill from the 1980's or 1990's in crisp condition. The dealers only seem to stock older bills. The bills I want are no longer found in circulation.
Makes me hopeful that mine will be worth all that much more. Everytime I check ebay to get an idea what they are worth, there aren't many examples, but they usually don't go for much either. You could also try paper money shows (I know there's a Paper Money Expo near chicago every year).
