When I was a carrier I left many many of them. It should have on it the orgin of Zip (if the carrier filled it out ) that should help ID ing it

 

Yes, she or he (I understand we may have a new delivery person my neighbor told me today) filled out that and put the fellows last name on it as well. No worries, I can pick it up Tuesday morning

After the service i worked there for 27 years They offered me an early retirement like 2 years ago out at 53 and never look back LOL
