    whats proper term or name to call these small interior "cuds", die chips? die breaks? and are they considered an error? 2009P-004E.jpg

    Unless I'm mistaken, I think that's just the dot for the i in Liberty (unless I'm missing something).

    thats all extra metal below e in liberty, and the 2 and 0's in date

    these places are called die chips and are fairely common on the newer coins.
