I've seen NGC Morgans in AU58 with a PL designation. Don't know whether PCGS has ever done it. I don't see any mirror-like qualities in that twenty-center's fields though, but it is ANACS after all.

I like it. It doesn't look cleaned, just slightly worn.

The last I knew, PCGS will not designate any LS type as being PL. NGC is the only one of the top two who will, but such designated coins are far from common. While I've not yet been able to check out the link coin, other NGC PLs that I have seen in-hand were well deserving of the designation (IMO).

    "LS"?

Edit: Why did the forum make everything lowercase in my reply at first? Weird.

I took it as Liberty Seated.
