Nope. Although the devices could appear reflective as the dies were getting old, generally only the fields would be mirrored. This is true for all brilliant buffalo proofs.

 

Heavily polished. It looks like it came out of a keychain. Buffalo nickel keychains were quite popular in the 1970s and 1980s, perhaps even today, and the coins included in them often had a similar appearance.

 

Nope, from the wear on the Horn, therefore buffed/polished.
