Hi. This Greek coin of Phoenix is dated 1930, of London mint. It is listed under KM # 71.1 . The official catalog states its value at several grands in proof condition. It would be worth a few bucks or so otherwise. Could you please assist me to determine whether this coin is proof or not. I appreciate any comment. Thanks a lot. Charles
Doesn't look like a proof to me, but your picture looks like a scan, so that makes it even harder to tell.
Does not look like it to me. Here is what the proof version looks like, http://www.currency-worldauctions.c...66-65-66-3-ex-Melbourne-Mint-Museum_i16040772 What you have is more than likely this one... http://www.ebay.com/itm/Greek-1930-...2152737?pt=US_World_Coins&hash=item3a8fe37921 http://www.ebay.com/itm/Greece-2-Co...7068954?pt=US_World_Coins&hash=item3a8f95e69a
