Certified business strike. Should this be sent in for reconsideration?

If that's NOT one, a summit needs to be called. Congressional investigations need to be empaneled. Q. David Bowers needs to be summoned. Aw heck, call a meeting of the Matte Proof Lincoln Cartel.

PCGS member Lusterlover just commented on this thread (also posted on the PCGS forum)that is is his coin and does now reside in a PR65RB slab.

At least two of the obverse diagnostics unique to 1913 Die #1 proofs are visible.

Die gouge below the first 1 in the date.

And a die gouge found between the G and O of GOD

Love that verb "reside". How are the schools there?

Sorry you don't like my choice of verbs, but apparently I haven't broken any language rules on how it should be used.

No, it's good, I like it. I just almost never hear it. Frankly, I more often hear "entombed" to describe slabs.

GSC and eBay are now using the Larry Pelf (non)proof 1909 VDB for promotional purposes. I just got a tweet about it.

    Hmmm...
I wonder if they will tell "the rest of the story" or try to pretend the dénouement never happened?
People being people, which people are often caught being, it will probably devolve into another series of ugly exchanges.
