I just got my silver proof and regular proof territorial quarters sets in today. They're different from the statehood quarters in that they have frosty devices as opposed to the brilliant fields and devices I'm generally accustomed to receiving. Anybody else noticing this?

I'm gonna have to get back to you later.....scans come out crappy and the digital camera shots are from hunger. Maybe later when my daughter gets back I can use her camera.

Well, I tried to take some pictures (they're over in the test forum) but I just can't seem to achieve the effect I'm looking for. When I shoot the photos there appears to be absolutely no difference between the two sets. The bust of Washington on the 2009 is frosted and the bust on the '08 is shinny and mirror like but it's just not coming out in the photos. Guess I'm seein' things....:)
