I tried several times to post a book review to the ANA member blogs. I got three failures and gave up. Does anyone have any insights here. (No, I am not going to pretend that actually asking the ANA would get me anywhere.) MEM
Good luck Mike. I tried using their site a number of times when they first upgraded. I did call for support, but haven't heard back from them. I think it was last February when I called. Pretty sure I won't be hearing from them anytime soon.
You should ask them. They do respond. I have had issues with their site and been contacted by their webmaster. Since the last site refresh there were a lot of bugs, and if you don't tell them about it they can't know you are having a problem. When it rolled out there were plenty of problems, but it's not a very well trafficked site and not one that has a lot of support either, so unless you ask for help, it's not likely going to fix itself, either. They just don't have the budget to look into their own deficiencies.
