Price Check on Isle 5 please

I would appreciate if this is a good deal on a 1913 Germany-Prussia 3 Mark, PCGS graded AU 58, asking price is $42.95

1948-B Switzerland 1/2 Franc MS66 asking $45.00

I really like the look of the coins but not sure if those prices are reasonable or should I stay away..
