Pretty Wheat Cent

    Hi everyone,

    find this while searching through my coins.
    Is this a candidate for my next NGC Submission?
    I need one more coin to send a minimum of five coins to NGC.
    What's your opinion?

    Beauty.. slightly misaligned on the obverse but not enough to pay for the extra Mint Error attribution
