Presidential proof coin error? Lines with date

Is a presidential proof coin supposed to have lines and dots as spacers on the edge with the date

If I remember correctly to used dots as spacers. You will also see three vertical lines equally spaced around the edge. Those are the joints between the three segments of the edge die.

Mine looks like it has 3 dots one looks like it could be a dent or something but it make it looks like its supposed to be there

C'mon, a thousand words is worth a picture.

 

Strange, looks like some metal leaked through, not sure though.

 

And three sets of fingerprints on a coin made from a compositions that is very reactive and which has very delicate surfaces.

 

I got the coin from a snack machine who knows how many finger prints are on it
