Presidential Dollar Error ?

    Found this in a Dollar roll. Not sure what it is. I posted photo's of 2 coins for comparison.Thanks for any info.

    The bottom coin may be a proof? It looks frosty. Check the edge to find the mint mark.

    I agree, the bottom is a proof, even without seeing the mintmark I am pretty sure. Very cool.

    Img 35 and 36 are of a business strike while Img 37 and 38 are of a proof strike.
