Presdiental Coin Mintages..

    Anyone know what mintage for the presidental coins 2012, i know the chester aurthur coin was around 2.8 million for denver and 2.94 million for philidelphia..

    I think those not are official mintage figures, but that they are sales figures.

    And you really should wait until they are done making them before you ask how many they made.

    Yup, because the numbers will increase every time an uncirculated set is ordered or proof sets and so on.. ;)

    But there's gonna be a lot less made than previous years. :yes:

    Although, I would place those figures as absolute and final. Once the presses start on a new president, the old president is complete and simply will not be fired up again.

    Here's a thread that Danr updates frequently. These are sales figures and not final mintages though, which is a more accurate reflection of how many are actually out there. We won't know how many are actually out there untill they either sell out or the mint takes them down if they don't sell out, which could be another year, or more. They still have 2011's for sale. http://www.cointalk.com/t190079/
