potential 1960s date

I was searching through older rolls of a Philadelphia bank. Is the older looking penny in the pic a 1960 small date?

Oh man, looks like every single one is a large date. Best thing to look out for, is the tail of the six that goes up will be super short. Like as if someone chopped a tree down and left that stump.

 

actually the AU one next to the older one looks different than most.
