the first one i have to post is from Iraq, kind of a collector of these so iam not only trying to find a little more information on them but different examples as well

The next example is from Vietnam the so called 7-Flag Pass, i know there are several versions of these and i will be posting them as well, when i get them

 

So, we're definitely outside the realm of paper money here, but since you ask. I have no idea when or why I picked this up, but here's another one from the Vietnam era. Similar to yours above, but with five flags.

 

ive got a few coming in along with this design i believe this is pre 68, have another
that i will post which is the 7-Flag but on the reverse is minus the portrait but from
what im reading there are allot of different examples out there

 

Here are a few from my collection. The first is from WWII. Safe conduct for a Japanese soldier to an American Soldier.


The next 2 are Korean War. The first is from the "Chinese People's Volunteer Forces" for American Soldiers. Read the back to try to understand the pressure that was put on the minds of the soldier fighting in that "Police Action".

The last is Safe Conduct for a Chinese or North Korean Soldier. In English, Chinese and Korean language.

Here is one I got while in Nam. The interpretation was done by our unit interpreters and it's in one of their handwriting. I thought it was pretty cool to have this done by our intepreters, their pic at the below.

And I also have one of these 7 flag ones. And me on guard duty at one of our buildings in Saigon (secret, of course.....but with all the US going in and out it wasn't so secret!!)
