That's a beautiful Peace Dollar. I'm quite sure some TPG would be glad to charge for "restoration" of the reverse. (in keeping with the theme of another thread, this isn't a slight). Coins get dirty over time, and restoring them isn't a felony if done correctly. They just do not want "us" to do it.
