Post your oddballs !!

    Heres a cpl oddballs.

    The first is the most worn wheat cent I have ever seen........

    The second is a totally whacked out 1955-S. #1, the streaky planchet, #2 the toning ( not so visable in the pic ) #3 look at the die breaks at the date, and #4 is has a neat lamination

    A member on the CU forum told me this was the coolest coin he had ever seen. I offered to mail it to him for free but he never sent me his address.

    My parents have an oddball, but I won't post a pic of myself on in the public part of the forum. ;) Lol, I'll see what I have that's interesting for this thread tonight, and try to post them tomorrow. Very sweet coin Jack!! (The first one)

    Jack, either that wheat cent was a pocket piece or it saw a TON of circulation!

    Believe it or not, you actually used to find them like that or at least very similar. But tht was back in the 50's when we did not live in a throw away society.
