We haven't had a post your errors type thread in a while. The 88 P below is a T1 Counter clash. I couldn't find it at Maddie Clashes.

Why would you want to do that? He has some fun coins!

I have found quite a few of these from a 50$ bag I bought a while back.

Here is a second one that shows heavy die abrasion trying to get rid of the clash.
It is heavily polished. The reverse die was already replaced. It's just mushy.

Are the line raised? If not, how can you tell this form an improper "cleaning"?

Yeah, this came straight from a n unopened $50 mint bag. Those are raised.

What's a counter clash? Both sides?

I just bought this one a couple weeks ago, posted a whole thread about it. Beaver's paw is inside George's ear and the log goes through his neck. Clash of George's neck under the beaver's nose on the reverse but not very visible in this image.

Bought this one ages ago and didn't notice the clashes until years later. Lots of George on the reverse, and on the obverse the island line is inside his ear and an aurora streak behind his head.
