Post mint damage Sac Dollar?

I have been holding on to this sac dollar since I pulled it from a wal-mart roll back in 2000...it looks like it may have gotten caught in a coin roller? I didn't really know much about errors then and still don't..but the more I am learning this seems post mint....opinions....

Since it is not even round I'd assume it was after it was struck the 1st time.
