Hmm, coins are issued by governments and convey a "message" about the issuer, or reflect the issuer's view of the country. So in a way they all are political. Christian
Well, actually, I was a tad lazy. I have a picture of the 'Franklin Scientist' but I couldn't seem to locate it. Rather than dig the coin out of mothballs and photograph it I opted for a pic from our friends at the mint........
