It is in my will to buy at least MS-62 grade, it will be my last addition to leave the family. It will not be my Bankroll, but come out of someone else's. Double LOL!
1832 O-112 R2 Capped Bust Half Dollar Obverse: 8 (Second Marriage) Reverse: I (Third Marriage, in 1833 after 1833 O-115)A readily available marriage with specimens graded all the way up to MS66. Known as the Dash Date marriage. Variety Attribution: Obverse-Stars well formed and clear of milling. Date is 8 mm. with rather thick (broad faced) figures. Quickly recognized by the horizontal dash or bar just to left of the base of one, where the one was first started too far to the left. Reverse- 50 C. is 1 1/4 mm. and very high. Top of 5 is a short pointed triangle. Arrow to A is 1/2 mm. I is nearly centered under T. There are two dots 1 mm. apart between crossbars 4 and 5.

I found there are 3 die states for the 1818 O-107 in another forum where we were posting pics of our Overton's for the date. 3 members (me included) posted their examples and we found a pre-clash state (no clash under the ear), the clashed state (mine), and a reworked state noted by clean fields but clash marks from the shield still under the ear. And yes, they are my pics.
