I would agree with the Judaea. Not because of the paper scrap, but because of the combination of an Amphora and a Grapevine. But some others are far more experienced in this category than i am.

Thanks for that - that helps enormously. Yes looking at the coin at an angle through a loupe the Delta is fairly clear.
