Here's an 1887KB Krajczar I picked up. If you look at the rim on the obverse from 9 o-clock to 12 o-clock (and on the reverse opposite this to a limited extent) there are some unusual features. Is this evidence of a rim-retained second strike? I'm leaning in this direction since I'm not sure how this would have been produced post-strike without affecting the rest of the coin. Thoughts?
