I found a $1 in circulation today and it's serial number is A31313761A
    Is it anything over face?

I had a $2 that was D 00131313* and I sold it for over $3...I had 16 $2 UNC bills in order by number and so I added that one and put it in a Coin Clubs Auction...I had about $34 in them and they sold for $51
So I would guess about $3--

I'd say closer to $1, only because it was found in circulation. If its still as clean and crisp as the day it came off the presses, then you might see the $4. Fun find either way.
