I recieved another Series 2003 $1, a little crispy, some bends, a crease down the middle. With a serial of C67023232D. It has a Universal Coolness Index of 71.7% (See http://www.coolnumbers.com/ ).
Whats the question ?? Its a semi-repeater yes, but not one that would fetch much of a premium to a collector.
