Possible misprinted $20 bill

I have in my possession a Series 2001 $20 bill that possibly has a misprint on it. There is what looks to be some dotted lines going vertically just to the right of the picture of Jackson, but the most significant mark is what looks like a squiggly line over the “N” in United States of America on the front of the bill.

How do I verify if it is a misprint, and should I even bother since if it is how much would it be worth. The bill is not new and is a little worn.

    Thanks

To be honest, it looks post-mint. If it was worth anything, that NAH-STAY fold would overpower it.
