Possible mint mark error

So I was looking through my collection and I notice this mint ark is pretty much a blob off metal is it wear or?

I think that they messed up.

 

I really can't see the details in that picture other than to see that it's an auction with over 6 days left they started at 99 cents

 

Are you thinking it's listed buy it now for $.99? Cause it looks like it's the start of an auction and has 6 days left.

 

I messed that one up real bad yes really bad so I m gonna change it to another question I have if you guys don't mind.

 

the mint mark is either wear or may be a die chip worn down to make it look like a blob, either way- worth face value- spend it..
