I don't have the foggiest as to what this coin really is, but as I was looking through thousands of my pennies it stuck out and looked like an OMM. The "D" is fairly prominent but when viewed from the right angle it almost looks as if there is an "S" that was punched first. It's hard to say because the "D" also seems "filled in" so it is tricky to tell. I also didn't find anything like this listed anywhere so I'm skeptical as to it's genuineness. I'm looking for multiple opinions on this one; any ideas?

Just looks damaged in my opinion.

I agree that it doesn't appear to be a OMM. No overlay,

I would guess this is damage or a die chip.
