possible fancy note

I just got a $20 bill with the serial number 45737271 would this be considered a ladder note or any other fancy note? I also got a 29492946 if that is any good. I was just 3 notes off from a keeper on that one.

Mr. Beanz, a wee bit more identification information will be most helpful to us; we certainly don't want to mislead. So, if you will:
1. give the series and denominations of both notes
2. give complete serial number: prefix and suffix included
