I’m not too familiar with this particular commemorative. But this example just looks wrong. I didn’t want to report it without confirmation that it’s fake.

back before the trade spat aliexpress was usually fully stocked with each and every US commem. I used to go there for research into fakes. Now, they mostly have COPY stamped on them. but if you compare a fake (left) to a real one (right) it becomes more obvious once you look at all the fine details. of course, the one posted above clearly looks like the fake one on the left.
It could just be the photo, but the metal sure doesn't look right to me. I'd tell the seller that they need to have it verified and slabbed before I'd pay that price.
That is a fake. Look at how the 9 and how far back it stretches back compared to this. The spacing of the 5 is also way out of line. The font all in all on the reverse is also off.
I just communicated with the eBay seller and he ended the listing and thanked me for pointing out the problem.
The 1915-s pan pac 2.5 gold coin looks suspicious too. Blurred pictures and identifying marks including the mint mark can't be seen.
It probably went to Etsy. They were selling those types of coins with discounts for 100 and 1000 total orders, so I wonder if someone is saving the ads. Might make a very popular book to sell on Amazon in a few years. IMO, Jim
