Hi guys i have a question about this coin because looks a doubled die on the nine of the date and the d mint too
Mechanical doubling. Not a Doubled Die variety. BTW.. Doubled die falls under the Variety Category not the Error category.
The photos lack any clear indicators of doubling and while I think I see what is causing you to question it, it isn't clear enough on the date to make an educated guess. Thank you for posting photos full image.
As posted above, it is mechanical doubling, therefore no added value. 1989 was the last year the mintmarks were handpunched into a master die, so when you see the same "doubling" on date and MM, you can be pretty sure that it is MD.
