The seller thinks their off center strikes and I know their not that . I think their early stage die caps, but I'm no expert in errors ....

As others have indicated, these are uncentered broadstrikes. While some broadstrikes show cupping, this would not make them die caps. By definition, a die cap is a coin that sticks to a die and strikes at least one other planchet. Even a significantly cupped broadstrike is still just a broadstrike.
