I think this might be a possible 1960 small date over large date i can barely see the outline of the large date 6 and doubling on ER and Y of LIBERTY
Bill has it right. On the large over small date Cents the devices are wider especially on the 0 in the date. Here is what one looks like.

One could be busy a long time with all varieties from 1960. So many RPMs. Easy to get one mixed up. Jim

When I first came upon the same cent appearance as yours, I was sure it was not normal. but after going through some more and having one declared normal on another forum, I became convinced. Jim
