Possible 1989-D DDO-001?

Found this one while picking through a roll. SOOOO hard to get photos (Thats why I included three shots). Seems to exhibit a lot of the characteristics of the 89 DDO. Any takers? Thanks!

Yours doesn't seem to have the thickness in the date. Maybe I'm missing something?
