Possible 1968 DDO?

    Looks pretty raised ive seen alot of machine doubling and deterioration but this seems to look different and stands out alot. 20170404_131032.jpg

    The photo is too blurry, and you've taken the photo at an angle. Try taking a clearer image from directly overhead.

    Yeah sorry for the blur i only have my phone through a loupe. But this is overhead. Its also happening on the T and Y in liberty.

    This appears to be nothing more than machine doubling from the ejection process.
