Possible 1901 quarter error? I need help on this one.

    I was searching through ebay and think I found something.This 1901 quarter has a weird date it looks doubled or maybe an over date?? I honestly have no idea. All feedback and advice will be appreciated. thank you for your help.

    I see nothing, if anything the dirt may be giving off a reflection or hiding it.
